Job Description

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in Others or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Computer literate.

Job responsibilities:

  • To liaise and follow up with solicitor for the preparation of Sales And Purchase Agreement and loan legal documentations.
  • To liaise and follow up with the purchaser for the execution of all legal documentations.
  • Preparing the documentations relating to the credit administration and loan documentations.
  • Follow up with bankers for the execution of loan legal documentations and loan disbursement.
  • Preparing of related report.
