- Provide and maintain high level of customer service;
- Perform sales or promotions activities, products and showcase display;
- Prepare proposals and handle clients through phone calls and emails;
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales target;
- Ability to demonstrate and explain our products and its accessories;
- To keep display counters neat and tidy;
- To promote a good brand image of the product;
- Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements;
- Market and promote specific product assigned by the company;
- Provide feedback on general market conditions;
- Present product knowledge in order to manage and to handle all types of customers; and
- To carry out any duties as the Company may from time to time.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in retail
- Aggressive, result-driven, customer-focused and good team player
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin as staff required to serve multilingual customers
