Job Description
DESCRIPTIONS
- Based at Melaka, reports to the owner
- Responsible for full operations for the resort, daily staff management and generate business revenue
- Promote good resort services and train staff to achieve maximum guest satisfaction
- Maintain proper functioning of the resort amenities and facilities
- Upkeep top cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms, F&B outlets and resort surroundings
- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly and periodical meetings
- Maintain SOP’s, policies, procedures, service standards and resort operating controls
- Prompt attention to complaints and solve problem
- Regular feedback and submit required reports to the management
REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced working in resort/hotel/hospitality industry for at least 5 years
- Must be able to reside in the resort and work long hours
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate well with people
- Can start immediately or at short notice
- Foreigners including Filipinos are welcome to apply (Work permit arrangement by the company)
