- To handle all incoming calls and pass the calls to the respective person/department.
- To attend walk-in guests/customers at reception.
- To receive incoming correspondence via Pos Laju/couriers and distribute the said documents to the respective person/department.
- To assist any other task/assignment/project assigned by the Company from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least higher Secondary/STPM/A"Level/Pre-U / Diploma in Business Studies/ Administrative/Management, or equivalent
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Fresh are welcome to apply
- Able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin as to deal with mandarin speaking client.
- Pleasant Personality, friendly, and has a positive attitude
- Computer literate.
