Job Description
You are driven to:
- Carry out R&D project such as formulation, sample preparation and sensory evaluation.
- Improve and revise existing product formulation and process if necessary to optimize productivity and cost.
- Provide technical solution and troubleshooting during trial/production running.
- Responsible in maintaining proper R&D documentation and system.
- Develop product by comply with food regulation and food safety standard.
- Conduct periodic product analysis, sensory evaluation, shelf life test and optimisation study when needed.
- Sourcing suitable raw materials for product development.
What you’ll need to succeed: (job requirements)
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Food Science.
- Preferably 2 (two) years of working experience in R&D frozen food industry.
- Independent and fast learner.
- Candidate must be willing to be based at Kulai, Johor.
