Job description:
- PRODUCT FORMULATION IMPROVEMENT. Assist to adjust and develop product formulations according to customer needs, change in raw material quality, availability, or price. Regular contact with the raw material suppliers to ensure the best solution is derived for product usage. Also to ensure operation quality is well controlled, and optimize it as and when necessary with cost-saving in mind as the final objective.
- MACHINERY AUTOMATION. Assist in research, evaluate and design in machine and equipment from China and Western supplier and compare the advantages. To in-depth understand current machinery operation detail, and collaborate with the supplier to fully automate all procedures to save cost.
- OPERATION ENHANCEMENT. Assist in overseeing the entire development process of new or existing products or materials, from the initial planning phase to implementation of production. The scope shall include worker training, improvement in the standard operating procedure to streamline and save cost. The scope will also involve the assisting of a regular ongoing factory expansion plan.
Requirement:
- Candidate shall possess above-average critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Must be able to analyze and examine to find the best solutions in various situations
- Strong multi-tasking work skills and able to pick up knowledge and understanding in different fields of application which includes chemical, mechanical, people management and business operation management.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, and preferably a Master or Doctorate in any subject.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in engineering or science-related fields.
- Extremely passionate, and able to work fast and effectively as will be directly reporting to the company managing director.
