Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling in R&D projects such as formulation, sample preparation and sensory evaluation
- To initiate research & development efforts to create new product
- Maintaining and updating related work instructions, including analysis method, specification (recipe, ingredients list, nutritional fact) and documents of all projects and samples status on time
- Conducting and monitoring the preparation of prototype/ sample and to determine the process specifications predetermined
- Improving and revise existing product formulations and process if necessary to optimize productivity and cost
- Selection and quality control of raw materials used in products
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree holder in any industrial/business related discipline.
- Min 1 year(s) of experience.
- Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skill.
- Initiative and self-motivated.
- Able to work in challenging and fast-paced environment.
- Strong prioritizing skills, ability to multi-task and result driven.
- Good command of verbal and written in Mandarin (understanding for the products), English, Bahasa Melayu.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Pasir, Muar Johor.
- Full time position available.
