The position of Quality Supervisor will be based in Skudai, Johor.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…
• Assign employees to maximize Quality Control objective.
• Analyzes data and puts corrective action into place.
• Participate in the Corrective Action process (8D), Material Review Boards (MRB) and Line Certification /Audit process.
• Develop, revise and maintain Quality documentation as necessary.
• Generate qulity reports for internal and customer (Yeild report, Product Verification report)
• Support internal, external certification agencies and customer quality audits.
• Provide training on quality related topic in the organization.
• Establish and maintain quality data such as 8D and other quality related data and records.
• Provide timely and effective feedback for expression of ideas, issues and problem to superior.
• Provides immediate supervision to insepctors, checking work at frequent itervals
• Review daily inspection report.
Here is some of what you’ll need…
• Min Diploma in any Engineering or Science discipline
• Minimun 3 years of working experienced in Injection Molding / Secondary Processes / Box Build assemblies & Test.
• Strong oral / written and interpersonal communication
• Knowledged and trained in quality system of ISO and other engineering improvement tools (8D, Process FMEA, Poka-Yoke, SPC)
• Excellent computer skill in MS ofice.
Advantage would be…
Experience in plastic injection molding industry
**Willing to work on rotating shift
