Job Description
- Determine quality improvement parameters.
- Identify statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
- Manage and control daily quality related tasks
- Liase with customers on all issues pertaining to product quality.
- Responsibile for overall product quality to ensure low reject and contniuous quality improvement.
- Handling of CMM & Smart Scope measurements.
- Carry out any other quality related tasks and assignments as and when required.
- Monitor supplier/sub-con performance and develop underforming suppliers as well as organize periodical supplier audits.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering - Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or equivelant.
- At least 3 year(s)of working experience in Quality related field is required for this position in managing quality of parts, supplier audit & improvement activities.
- Ability to handle customer feedback & ensure product quality meets customer requirement
- Ability to monitor team performance to achieve customer standards and expectation
- Knowledge in FMEA, SPC, , 8D, CMM and Smart Scope measurement is added advantage.
- Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases.
- Good attention to detail and a results driven approach.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to comunicate effectively with all levels.
