Job Description
Job Scopes & Responsibilities
• Develop inspection methods to analyze product quality. Improve product quality by making recommendations for change.
• Work together with relevant teams and departments to improve products.
• Ensure products adhere to company and industry quality standards.
• Formulate a strategic plan to increase productivity in the business.
• Document results and by findings after inspections are carried out.
• Implement a working system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process.
• Follow up equipment calibration.
• Handling customer complaint and flow up with corrective and preventive action on time.
• Any other ad-hoc jobs as assigned from time to time.

Key Skills and Qualification
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quality Assurance.
• Ability to work independently, self-discipline and no colour blind.
• Process quality checking knowledge.
• Able to read technical/ engineering drawing and work instruction.
• Able to use basic QC tools such as CMM, calipers, pin gauges, and profile projector.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Candidate able to converse in mandarin will be an added advantage.
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the sheet metal field is required for this position.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Quality Control/Assurance is required for this position.
• Full-Time position(s) are available.
