Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·JBS incoming parts inspection - Blanks, GSub, Polish Pads, Carriers, Shipping cassettes, etc.

·LAT/COA/COC verification for parts and chemicals

·Support evaluation/qualification/new supplier inspection activities

·Supporting sample correlation measurement activities

·Support inspection for Production line issue

·Documenting and updating inspection records

·Providing reports to update issues and inspection performance

·Managing logistic and material transfers for parts for inspection from warehouse to lab

Required Expertise:

·Possess diploma in Engineering/ equivalent

·Mechanical (measurement and tools) Knowledge

·Chemical Knowledge (Optional)

·SPC (Statistical Process Control) Knowledge

·Computer literate (familiar with MSOffice, email, etc)

·Measuring Equipment Knowledge (Caliper, Micrometer, Measurement tools, etc)

·Good command of English

·Self-Discipline

·Good interpersonal Skill
