Job Description
- Department / section manpower and overtime budget plan and control
- Manage, drive and guide the staffs working to wards of department KPi's goal
- Measure and analyse the quality data provided when facing line stop, shipment release and decision making
- Interface with internal and external control
- Participate in new project, high failure rate in line and evaluation when needed to improve product quality or investigate root cause of claims
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Leadership, Microsoft Office, Presentation.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Assembly Manufacturing or Supply Chain
- Excellent knowledge of ISO 9000 requirement or at least one ISO course attended
- Excellent quality tool skill (QC 7 tools) & other advance <six sigma> tools - GR & R , FMEA, SPC (CP/CK/Control chart)
- Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
