Job Description
- Perform inspection/testing and documentation review per the assigned job position.
- Ensure line clearance is properly performed according to SOP prior to starting Production Or-der.
- Check the completeness and accuracy of documents before and after processing each Production Order.
- Ensure the Good Documentation Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices are followed and enforced.
- Report any discrepancy documents and quality issue to the superior for further instruction/ action.
- To maintain the work place clean and practice proper housekeeping.
Who we are looking for :
- Candidate must possess at least SPM" level
- Working experience is not required
- Can immediate start work
Note : i) Employment term and benefit is under Ciba Vision
ii) Management Services is under appointed vendor
