Job Description
- Supervise and manage QC inspector daily task.
- Verify molding activities in accordance to standard, inspection plan or quality plan.
- Perform product FAI, CPK and testing measurement.
- Understand of injection molding.
- Maintain accurate up-to-date inspection result through SPC monitoring system.
- Verify containment and corrective actions are in place to address failures and customer complaint.
- Ensure that Inspection Plan file is maintained and keep up to date.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Quality Engineer.
- Support Quality Engineer in performing Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA).
- Perform periodic audit on quality plan conformances.
- Perform sampling re-verification of part inspection done by the inspector.
- Follow up of the problematic lot until it is properly disposed/rework
- Perform machine and process capability study where applicable.(GR&R)
- Monitor and ensure the quality conformance of in-process assemblies and finished products.
- Conduct training for QA inspector.
- Any other duties assigned by superior.
Job Requirement :
- Pro. Cert/Dip. in Engineering Discipline with at least 2 years experience in the similar environment
- Ability to operate Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and Smart Scope.
- Able to work night shift and willing to work on weekend (if required).

- Number of customer complaint contributed by wrong/error measurement inspection
- Number of production line interruption due to poor molding quality level.
- Daily molding IPQC audit
- ECN implementation date
- Attendance and 5S
- Department
- Annual number of complaints
- Annual customer satisfaction score
Authorities/Decisions :
- To accept outgoing lot quality that is according to the requirement stated in the inspection plan.
