Job Description
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Chemical/Material Science) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willing to work on shift
Job Responsibilities:
- To conduct necessary quality inspections using proper equipment and techniques
- To conduct statistical analysis on select processes and report findings
- Assist with problem solving – root cause analysis – corrective actions
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality inspection results
- Ensure incoming materials are in compliance to required specifications
- Ensure outgoing products are in compliance with required specifications
- To identify possible area for improvement in quality control.
- To conduct laboratory analysis for samples such as incoming raw material (incoming raw material quality inspection).
- To conduct analysis on water samples collected from the treatment plant.
- To conduct laboratory analysis on miscellaneous of samples upon requested from time to time.
- Assist with training and instruction for production operators in QA measuring procedures
- Development and maintenance of quality procedures and work instructions
- Provide management with detailed quality reports as required – daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
- Other duties as required by quality management.
