Job Description
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): QA, Microsoft Office
- Preferably Senior/Junior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customer in term of reply QA & in-house Quality Department activities.
- Interfaces with customers and resolve quality issue on a timely and professional manner, provides them with good analysis, causes and corrective actions through sound engineering approach.
- Suggest practical solutions to problems to achieve operation efficiency and provide effective counter measures for customer satisfaction.
- In-charged of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 integrated management system audit.
