Job Description
- Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards.
- Carefully maintain complaint and non-conformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions.
- Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
- Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental and health and safety goals/KPIs.
- Principal Quality Assurance contact for BRC and CSR Auditing and providing customer support as necessary.
- Assist in pest control activities in company
- Use, calibrate, and maintain all testing equipment on a regular basis.
- Dedicate as leader for internal and external audits
