Job Description
Who are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree at any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage, as to liaise with China & Taiwan customers & suppliers on Quality Matter
- Must have at least 4 - 5 year(s) of related working experience in manufacturing at Quality Section, preferable with Metal Stamping and Fabrication working environment.
- Problem solving skill with practical & logical approach.
- Project management skill and ability to work with tight deadlines
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge in ISO 9001/14001 quality management system.
- Good knowledge of computer and able to use MRP, ERP, SAP or equivalent system and good in Ms Office.
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills, team work, leadership and problem solving skills.
What are the objectives of your role?
- In-charge overall for Quality Assurance, handle customer complaint-verification-disposition-follow up-improvement action-closing-standardization.
- Lead and arrange for First Article Inspection all related activity for both customer & supplier.
- Assisting and liaise with other department/section of company to ensure quality-related objectives/KPIs are met.
- Arrange & plan calibration for all measuring device/equipment.
- In-charge investigation for customer complaint, replies Corrective Action Report (CAR) prevent re-occurrence & continual improvement.
- Conduct audit for internal processes & QEMS and also at supplier/vendor/sub-con sites.
- Assist in QEMS implementation & improvement.
- Conduct Internal Training related to QEMS for new comers/existing employee.
- Total in-charge of Product Quality Plan (PQP) establishment for individual part.
- Conduct investigation for Customer Complaint, Supplier Rejection and attend Corrective Action & Preventive Action.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, team work, leadership, problem solving skills and positive mind set.
