Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Receive forecast from customer and distribute to vendor.
- Issue PO to supplier base on forecast, call in material base on production plan.
- Ensure sufficient material for production line and also no over purchase.
- Need maintain inventory in good control
- Prepare weekly KPI for HOD review
- Responsible for daily operational purchasing needs.
- Any other duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing//supply chain field or related field is required for this position. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply as well.
- Skils Needed: Communication Skill, independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Candidates must be able to speak mandarin as need to liase with mandarin speaking customers
