- To ensure Purchase Order issued according to purchase specification stated in approved;
- To monitor delivery schedule and ensure all goods received meet specification;
- To coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries, and work closely with warehouse;
- Purchase Requisition Form and process accordance with company policies and procedure;
- Assist on seeking reliable suppliers and negotiate contracts, pricing and review product quality issue;
- Feedback and follow up on the issues regarding unqualified quality, shortage and claim with suppliers.
- Review documentation and Monthly reports;
- Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking (OS) and running out of stock (OOS) - Local Order (Trade Item) & all Non-Trade Item;
- Perform other duties that assigned by superior.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Purchasing Management or equivalent or relevant field.
- At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Word, Power Point & Excel-Pivot Table & data analysis)
- Knowledge of Market Research and Purchasing function.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Seri Alam, Masai.
- Preferably assistant specializing in Purchasing or equivalent.
