Job Description
- Purchasing and sourcing activity.
- Negotiation on process within the requirement of quality, service, credit terms, cost reduction to ensure quality and operation efficiency to meet company's objectives.
- To maintain proper records of purchases, quotations/sources, suppliers' information and documentations.
- Liaise and work closely with suppliers and others departments to ensure timely delivery of suppliers.
- To review, control and monitor stock inventory at an acceptable stock level, to avoid zero stock and excess stock situation.
- Initiate and maintain effective and professional relationship with vendors.
- Structured vendor development and competitive procurement price.
- To execute purchase orders and follow up or expedite delivery of parts.
- Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
- Assist with report preparation and analysis.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
- Assist and carry out any other related function assigned by Supply Chain Manager from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any fields.
- Minimum 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (Preferred).
- Outstanding communications, negotiation, analytical, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
