Job Description
We are a well-established cosmetic manufacturing company since 2004 which owns a modern R&D facilities and first-class production equipment. As we are aiming high to become a world-class yet innovative supply chain company, we are looking for an energetic Purchasing Executive to join us.

About your new role as Purchasing Executive:
- Negotiating with suppliers as required. 根据需要与供应商进行對接
- Raise and maintain purchase orders. 提出并维护采购订单
- Sourcing from new suppliers as required. 根据需要从新供应商那里采购
- Purchasing documentation. 準備 & 處理採購部文件
- Ensure PO is issued based on lead time. 确保根据期限發采购订单
- Review inventories and orders as required. 檢查廠庫數量並安排訂货
- Coordinates with store-man and performs month-end closing of inventories and submission to the Accounts Department. 与仓库管理员进行协调，并在月末进行库存清算并提交给会计部
- Undertakes any other duties as assigned. 承担已分配任何其他职责
Who are we looking for?
- If you are possessed at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field, join us to advancing your career.

- If you able to speak in Mandarin and liaise with Supplier from China, that would make you more awesome.
