Job Description
Job Descriptions
- Responsible for all general purchasing function - planning, sourcing, negotiating and ordering within given time frame.
- Coordinate and monitor all purchases - issue Purchase Order and liase with supplier for timely delivery
- Responsible for monitoring customer supplied product / packaging material contract
- Responsible for updating monthly reports relating to purchasing activities
- Assist in handling internal and external complaints relating to supplier's products, services and documentation
- Coordinate between Production and Storekeeper on inventories movement
- Responsible to maintain the ERP system updated and accurately at all time
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): Good negotiation & sourcing skills, meticulous & analytical.
- Required language: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
