- To preform daily purchasing activities including raw material purchases.
- Continuously source and compare quotation from potential suppliers/ vendors for routinely purchased raw material/product/service.
- Issue Purchase Order, Check Delivery Order/Invoice versus unit price, quantities and details of good ordered and follow up with account department on payment.
- Monitor stock movement and balanced every month.
- Liaise closely with other relevant department in the company for smooth and timely completion of purchasing process/activities
- To undertake any other ad-hoc assignment/duties assigned by superior as and when its required.
- Coordinate and monitor the delivery date committed by suppliers/ vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain productive communication with other department.
Requirements:
- Experience in SQL Accounting System - Advantage
- Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
- Required Language : Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin - Advantage.
- At least minimum 2 years and above of working experience in related field.
- Independent, trustworthy and able to working under tight deadlines or pressure.
- Willing to travel go to supplier/vendor site as and when its required.
