Job Description
- Coordinate with office staff’s to be receive calls and helped to pick up deliveries.
- To prepare monthly management accounts on time before the 5th of every month.
- To submit Goods and Sales Tax (SST) every 2 month. Before the 20th of the month.
- To maintain and monitor the record of supplier’s SST exemption certificates expiry date.
- Rectify with store admin incoming material match with DO & Invoice being responsibility of damages/losses.
- IQC label to be prepared and must accurate.
- To monitor customers’ valid LMW and CJ5 and to apply and prepare sales tax exemption (CJ5) for raw materials when necessary.
- Deal and contact with customers, professional and bankers – via emails and/or phone, when necessary.
- Receive company’s phone call and receive goods every time there is delivery.
- To entertain and Served customer or supplier when they come to company.
- As a Administrative staff divide responsibilities to ensure performance good.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.for the upper management.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence ( e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and purchasing procedures.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place presentations/proposal as assigned.
- Ad -hoc duties assigned from company from time to time.
