Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- To source and negotiate for miscellaneous items such as stationery, household products and others.
- To ensure all Purchase Orders are filled and printed in orderly manner and faxed/email to supplier once approved and acknowledged by supplier.
- To liaise with suppliers should there be any delivery issues.
- To perform any other related duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time.
- Safeguarding occupational health and safety standards of the workforce.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the manufacturing related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material Management or equivalent.
- Computer literate, dynamic, honest, high integrity and self motivated
- Must be able to commmunicate effectively with all levels.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
