Job Description
Responsibility :
- To assist requestor to fill in Purchase requsition form
- Issue Purchase Order after Executive confirm item price with price comparison.
- Ensure goods received are accuracy as per Purchase order and keying GRN in system.
- Matching invoice & delivery order with PO submit to P.Executive for final checking.
- Daily update diesel inventory record
- Update data of Industrial GAS IN & OUT record. Print out and attached DO & invoice.
- Daily update warehouse stock item in & out record.
- Perform monthly stock take & monitoring physical stock item record by weekly basic.
- Assist Maintenance Department to prepare petty cash claim form & submit to account department.
- Ensure all document filling properly by monthly.
- Ad Hoc assignment from time to time.
