Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform sourcing, evaluation of quotations, price negotiation and issuing of Purchase Order to vendors.
- Communicate with internal functional groups and external suppliers to resolve issues pertaining to purchase and supply activities.
- Support operations with their daily orders and undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Prepare timely monthly reports and maintain records in the system.
- Ensure purchases are made at prices consistent with both quality and quantity requirements.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
- Team player with high integrity, interpersonal and communication skills.
