Job Description
- Monitor daily raw material requirements and liase with supplier on delivery issues.
- Monitor usage of packing items such as cartons etc.
- Rectify all raw materials discrepancies and complaints from user.
- All purchasing functions include P/O processing and maintain department ISO procedures.
- Monthly supplier delivery performance report
a) Monthly Import Premium Freight Charges report
b) All other reports that may require by higher authorities
- Computer literate and meticulous
- Familiarize of ERP system would be an advantage
- Able to speak & write in Mandarin.
