Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): inter personal skill, communication skill, Presentations.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
- Possess business acumen and ability to develop and execute Marketing plans.
- Possess knowledge and experience in marketing, familiarity of healthcare and hospital environment is an added advantage. Have focus on new markets penetration and ability to retain existing accounts.
- Able to build good network with associations, NGOs, educational institution and health related support group.
- Willing to work in the evening, weekend and public holiday occasionally.

Job Description
- Responsible for the result of public segment - includes educational institution, NGOs, social clubs and health related support group.
- Maintain good rapport in public segment includes educational institution, NGOs, social clubs and health related support group.
- Conduct awareness events to promote RSH specialists, hospital facilities, and services to the public for patient referral to Regency Specialist Hospital in accurate and timely manner.
- Discuss with immediate superior concerning on the progress of public segment.
- Prepare individual work plan, maintain segment’s database, provide monthly report & statistic, and prepare marketing proposal when necessary.
- Approach for MoU sign up with potential NGOs, social clubs and health related support group that can initiate more patient referrals.
