Job Description
- Ensure Pre-Delivery Inspections of completed products are organized and carried out prior to the issuance of Certificate of Practical Completion including but not limited to the compilation and onward transmission of all defects identified to relevant parties
- Assist in organizing, coordinating and management of all delivery of vacant possession initiatives to purchasers including but not limited to the preparation of all relevant hand over forms (including inventory list)
- Responsible for preparation of House Rules according to the co-ordination between Project Department and Contractors
- In charge of lease adminstration of the assigned properties, including but not limited to the arrangement of tenancies, renewals, termination, rent reviews on terms & conditions as set and eviction process
- Responsible for the financial operation of the properties assigned properties, including but not limted to the collection of all charges, rent due and other monies, to recover arrears, processing of all outgoing payments, preparation and control of budgets, procurement and maintenance of adequate insurance coverage, submission of insurance claims and all other insurance related matters
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Property Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of property management is required for this position.
- Computer literate.
- Pleasant personality and able to work independently.
