Job Description
- Coordinate & monitor all necessary design planning and work closely with consultants for authority’s submission and approvals
- Coordinate & supervise on construction progress and ensure on-time delivery for the works
- Ensure the construction according to Client requirements, authority approved standards and specifications
- Perform evaluation for contractors Workdone Claim and Vos
- Assist in Tender Evaluation/Quotation Assessment
- Assist other tasks which are assigned by GM/ Project Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in C&S / M&E / other construction relevant field
- At least 5 years of working experiences in related field
- Good knowledge in construction/ maintenance sequences
- Good knowledge in AutoCad and MS office
- Good in project management and supervision skills
- Willing to learn, adaptability, problem solving and independent
