Project Admin is responsible for assisting the Project Executive and taking lead on specific project activities and chase/inform supervisors of the progress.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Report to Project Executive
· Answering calls and recording messages, taking notes, etc
· Coordinating office activities, filing and retrieving documents
· Gathers, compiles, tracks and reports (i.e. photo/ claims report, submission and application to relevant authorities, payment records etc.) on information relevant to project assignment from multiple sources
· Manage and update documents under project master document list and generate updated document list
· Compile document submission and update progress/ status of all assigned projects regularly for management information/ review
· Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met
· All other duties and tasks assigned by manager
· Fresh graduate or 1 year working experience
· Min SPM/ Diploma.
· Experience in construction project will be an advantage
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Good communication skills, proficient in English
· Able to meet tight deadline
· Able to work in a team as well as independently
· Salary will commensurate with experience
