Job Description
Job Responsibilties :
- Process PO into SO in SAP
- Process RMA return and selling back in SAP
- Upload & maintain Forecast in SAP
- Raise Shipment Request Form
- Prepare CN & DN SO and follow-up with approver for signatory
- Publish daily revenue/sales trend for respective customer account (MTD & YTD)
- Publish weekly open SO & Forecast report by customer account
- Any administrative duties as directed by Program Manager/Executive
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Required skill(s): SAP, MS Office.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
- Experience with SAP system on SD (Sales & Distribution) and MM (Material Management) modules
- Preferred to have working experience in EMS environment with MRP knowledge
