Job Description
Responsibilities;
- Analyse customer order by do MPS loading size up and every Thursday load demand into system and maintain latest quoted price in customer's portal.
- Submit proposed quotation and follow up customer issue PO for shipment arrangement.
- Work with EC team to release task for setup BOM and follow up with PDM for PIR setup. Work with CM to coordinate effort to analyse cost, price variances and price challenge and follow up on RFQ closure.
- Manage E&O claim ( dropped demand claim with customer, explore sell back to supplier & incumbent , explore possibility potencies to consume the excess)
- Prepare quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily report (OTD, scorecard, storage fees and etc
- To liaise with internal team to understand the EC requirement before roll up the product pricing.
- To trigger internal team to upload the pricing in system & keep track the PO price cut in status after pricing approved by customer.
- To prepare the MM setting form/system setting request when there is new CCA quote request flown in.
- To review & approve the PPV tracker in daily basic.
- To work with buyer team & MPS team if there is any PPV is eligible to submit to customer and follow up closely the claim approval with customer.
- To close the NRE/PPV in ETQ system once recovery PO received.
- To work with internal team/AR team/ customer to solve the pricing/ payment variance issue.
- To prepare the AR report to internal team in weekly basic.
Requirements
- Preferrably with at least 3 years of working experience, especially in an Semiconductor environment
- Strong background in SCM will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels, including with senior management, customers, suppliers and factory personnel
- Numerically inclined with strong logical thinking and business acumen
- Working knowledge of SAP is preferred
- Applicants must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.
