Job Description
- To lead a group of operator and technician to achieve the set output and quality target
- To schedule and plan the section/ department workforce
- To prepare daily section / department reports
- To ensure machinery / equipment are in the operating efficiency amd in a good condition
- To train, motivate and maintain good discipline of his/her subordinate
