Job Description
Job Scope & Duties:
- Work closely with different subcontractors in communicating and follow through production progress/ schedule, resolve operational issue, as when necessary, so that goods can be delivered on-time;
- Ensures goods manufactured are produced in a cost-effective way that meets quality specifications;
- Prepares reports about production processes for upper management and suggest ways to improve efficiency;
- Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by the Production Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Automotive Industry or its equivalent;
- Preferably has at least 2-3 years supervisory experience in production/ automotive environment;
- IT literate with MS Office package such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoints;
- Good communication skills in multi-lingual environment not limited to Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Must be able to work 6-day work- week, with possible need to perform overtime at times;
