Job Description
Responsible:
• Manage the performance, motivation, and satisfaction of the Production team and processes to ensure key quality, output, and efficiency are met.
• Keep track of the shipment plan.
• Carry out lean activities as planned and benchmark all good practices to be implemented in the production line.
• Ensure all the shipment and system transaction on time.
• Able to communicate with the customer when there should be any issues pertaining shipment and planning.
• Minimum the candidate must able to deal with customer and handle escalation matter
• Able to lead Internal team (Material/production/Engineering/etc) and able to size up situation related to in charge project
• If required due business nature the candidate needs to work long hour to support oversea customer requirement or follow up any escalation issue
• Dedicated, committed and initiative and need closely follow up on project assigned
• Able to take minimum pressure on work stress due to customer high demanding

Requirements:
• Minimum Degree in any related field.
• At least 3 years' of experience, in the related field.
• Preferably those with SAP or MRP experience & knowledge.
• Good in planning & communications skills.
• Preferred skills (s): Microsoft Excel, words.
