Job Description:

▪Analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedule.

▪Monitor job order completion and information are up to date in systems

▪Manage material to ensure sufficient inventories. ( Raw, replacements )

▪Manage inventories to effectively utilize production space ( raw, FG, rework, rejects )

▪Lead Stock Take activities.

▪Support training program for workforce

▪Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.

▪Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency.

▪Attend team meetings to discuss about production status and ongoing problems.

▪Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staffs

Requirement:

-Bachelor degree in any engineering field.

-Minimum 5 years of working experience as production engineer/production executive

-Candidate with Diploma holders and minimum 10 years of working experience as production engineer/production executive/supervisor.

-Knowledge in SAP preferred.

-Proficient in MS office required.

-Good communication and interpersonal skills.

-Able to work on Saturdays. 

-Knowledge in Lean production will be an advantage.

-Required Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires to candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients & HQ

The factory in Bandar Indahpura spanning about 21,000 square metres is our first factory in Asia region and has begin the operation since June 2020. The factory is designated for office space, R&D and workshops specializing in lifting column assembly and electronics including the state of art technology machines; laser cutting, palletizer robot and welding robot.
