Job Description
We are looking for:
Shift Production Executive who will oversee several productions line, be accountable for all the processes, output, manpower planning, products qualities and etc. of the production lines under his or her care.
Some of the main duties:
- Implements Good Manufacturing Practices, Safety Procedures, ensure compliance of to all the Company's rules and regulations.
- Production Manpower Planning.
- Perform analysis of line related issues, RCA & take lead is solving the issues as well as line / process improvement projects.
- Be accountable for yields, rejections, OEE, output, product quality, food safety, people safety and other KPIs of the line.
- Liaise with Engineering teams on machine breakdowns issues, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and etc.
- Ensures compliance to established ISO / HACCP / Food Safety Management System.
- Monitor line's OPEX & CAPEX to ensure that expenses of assigned lines are within the determined budget.
- Review and preparation of production related reports.
- Facilitates performance discussion and coaching to subordinate.
- And others duties as delegated by the management.
It would be best if :
- You have at least 2 years working experiences as Production Executive / Engineer in a Food Manufacturing company.
- You can work on 12 hours shifting basis
- You can work in Pasir Gudang, Johor
