Job Description

Responsibility

           1.        Provide technical/quality support.

           2.        Ensure products conform to specification.

           3.        Follow up on non-conformance/discrepancy product from

production.

           4.        Identify quality requirements and purchase equipment and fixture

for new projects or processes.

           5.        Involved in customer complaints.

6.        Assist in day-to-day activities in production.

           7.        Minimise rejection rate. Improve productivity.

           8.        Supervise and train operators in their routines.

           9.        Ensure non-conformance detected is carried out according to the

disposition.

           10.      Ensure operators perform the process according to specification.

           11.      Maintain the machines utilisation and working conditions.

           12.      Responsible for customer supplied product.

           13.      Other duties as and when on advice by the Operations

Manager

Requirements

           1.        Engineering Diploma or Degree

           2.        Minimum 2 years working experience in quality/manufacturing

related industry
