Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Perform troubleshooting for Quality and Production issue

2. Perform Kaizen activity at Production lines. E.g., Implement new technology and simplify process.

3. Involve in 5S, Safety activities and Engineering activities.

4. Provide technical report and data analysis.

5. Take part in internal and external ISO9001/14001 audit.

6. Perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior

Job requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Manufacturing), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.

2. Fresh Graduate or at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Required Skill(s): Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem resolution skills.

4. Preferably Entry Level or Junior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

5. Strong management and interpersonal skills. Exceptional goal orientation and drive for result is expected

6. Ability to work in a team within a matrix organization.
