Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for metal mould Inspection prior to production.
- Arrange for reinforcement inspection prior to casting.
- Conduct inspection of Precastcomponents after casting
- Conduct inspection of Quality of finished products prior to delivery to site.
- Arrange raw materials and accessories to be tested as per client’s specifications.
- Ensure quality of concrete for production and testing of cubes for conformity.
- Prepare method of statements for repair works.
- Prepare daily production reports and summary of non-conformance reports/test reports.
- Witness conformity testing, stressing and casting.
- Coordinate with plant RTO for conformity inspection.
- In line with the ISO procedure.
- Any other duties as assign.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil).
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in PRECAST industry.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
