Job Description
- * To ensure the quality system and procedures are conducted and maintained in the production line
- * Improve workers' quality awareness, product handing, production processes and procedures
- * Conduct incoming inspections on incoming materials as assigned are of acceptable quality
- * Conduct in-process inspection of the reinforcement and the mould set-up prior to casting
- * Conduct in-process inspections on the products after demoulding
- * Conduct final and out-going inspections on the fished products prior to storage and delivery
- * Identify and record products quality problems
- * Investigate the cause of non-conforming product and the corrective action needed to prevent recurrence
- * Initiate, recommed or provide solutions through designated channels
- * Ensure all shop drawings and quality procedures are updated whenever changes are made
