Job Descriptions:
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Proven work experience as a sales specialist.
- Proficient in English & Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns.
- Provide inventory/ forecast while expanding customer base.
- Make recommendations and changes in marketing strategies as appropriate.
- Analyze marketing trends for own products and services.
- Support, lead & mentor new sales personnel in achieving sales outcomes.
- Recommend improvements and changes as appropriate to company sales policies.
- Analyze, evaluate & assess sales territories for own products or services.
- Create and develop sales strategies to enhance business growth.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
- Possess own transport
We are providing attractive Monthly Commission, Quaterly Incentives and Travel Allowance.
