- Provide general administrative support, including Calendar Management, task management and follow up, filing of expense claims, meeting coordination, reception duties including answering of calls, etc.
- Perform office tasks including maintaining record, ordering and maintaining office equipment and supplies, etc.
- Various ad hoc tasks and projects as and when required.
- Support on the data analysis on the control of raw material.
- Support on Engineering stuff eg. Golden pen tracking and validation on the date of receiving.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required. Engineering Or equivalent years of experience.
- 2-5 years in an Admin Support role.
- Meticulous and with strong administration, coordination and organizational skills.
- Must be computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Able to multitask and take on new roles as and when assigned.
- Able to work independently and has initiative, good interpersonal communication skills.
