Job Description :
- Assist Process Engineer for the following tasks:
- New line setup. He/ She must make sure the Process Flow Chart, Work Instruction, Process Standard Time, jigs and fixture and machine are readily prepared.
- Perform engineering evaluation and report
- Equipment, Jig and Fixture Buy off
- Process Standard Time verification
- Process improvement / optimization
- MES implementation, execution and support.
- Perform maintenance for the process equipments
- Participate in Kaizen activities
- Perform any other duties assigned by superior
Job Requirement :
- Diploma / Certificate in Industrial/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years working experience in an electrical / electronic related manufacturing.
- Experience in motion time study technique, work instruction preparation, jig and fixture setup and etc.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, commitment, result oriented and a good team player
Key Result Area ( KRA ) :
- Productivity improvement achievement.
- Standard time accuracy.
- Proper Jig and Fixture and machine buy-off.
- MES support
- Kaizen Improvement
