Job Description
Reponsibilities:
- Study existing production process and continuous improvement to enhance production yeild and reduce rejection
- Coordinate closely with Project Engineering, QA and Production team the progress of improvement
- Responsible to develop and prepare work instruction accordingly and up to date
- Improve quality products & DOE to ensure customer satisfaction
- Involve in production activies & operations
- Perform other duties assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering field
- Mininum 2 years' working experience in plastic manufacturing field
- Working experience in Secondary Processes like Spraying, Assembly etc., will have added advantages
- Possess good interpersonal and communications skills
- Self-driven, aggressive, dynamic, innovative and result-oriented team player
- Conversant in various computer software applications like Autocad
- Willingness to perform long hours if necessary
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
