Job Description
OBJECTIVE:
Plans, solicits and promotes Personal Financing-i Products through effective communication and marketing skills. Sales driven mindset to achieve the assigned target.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Promotes Personal Financing-i products to selected organizations and segments.
- Conducts product briefings, talks & marketing activities at respective organizations..
- Pro-actively executes sales plans and manages potential customers.
- Builds good rapport with branches & other relevant stakeholders.
- Participates in sales activities and prepares sales reports.
- Ensures confidentiality of customer information and compliance to the Bank’s policies and procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Degree/Diploma/Professional qualification in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales & marketing.
- Good sales, marketing and analytical skills.
- Independent and results oriented.
- Knowledge of banking industry and consumer banking products & services will be an added advantage.
- Strong initiative and desire to meet and exceed sales target.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
