- To perform secretarial and general administrative duties including screening of calls, managing MD mails/emails, maintain filling system, minutes of meeting, update of records, prepare of letters and /or report, travelling and accommodation arrangement and any related duties
- Help executives run an organization or company smoothly.
- Prepare statistical reports, create presentations, conduct research, review memos and reports, compose correspondence, make travel arrangements and arrange conference calls and meetings.
- Perform general office duties such as organizing and maintaining files, answering phones, purchasing supplies and operating office equipment
- Diploma in Business Admin/Management or equivalent
- Speak fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Must possess own transport & willing to travel
